On the first day, I went to the swimming pool and swam for a while, but my head hurt the next day.

我到医院去看病，大夫说我感冒了，给我开了一些药让我回家吃，吃了感冒药我就想睡觉，睡了以后，我头就不疼了，但是嗓子却疼起来，大夫说，天气太干燥，又让我吃药，过了三天，我的嗓子不疼了，但是又咳嗽起来，而且越咳嗽越厉害，咳得晚上睡不着觉，大夫看了以后就给我开了一些咳嗽药，没想到，当天晚上我就发起烧来，大夫只好给我开退烧药，她说这药很好，但是要多喝水。

I went to the hospital to see a doctor. The doctor said I had a cold and gave me some medicine to take at home. After taking the cold medicine, I wanted to sleep. After I went to sleep, my head stopped hurting, but my throat started to hurt. The doctor said that the weather was too dry and asked me to take medicine again. After three days, my throat was sore. The pain stopped, but I started coughing again, and the cough got worse and worse. I couldn't sleep at night because of the cough. After seeing it, the doctor prescribed me some cough medicine. Unexpectedly, I developed a fever that night, so the doctor had to give me antipyretic medicine. She said this medicine is very good, but I need to drink more water.

大夫给我开的药真的很好，我吃了以后很快就不发烧了，但是好几天没有大便了，大夫给我检查以后说我大便干燥。

Dàifu gěi wǒ kāi de yào zhēn de hěn hǎo, wǒ chī le yǐhòu hěn kuài jiù bù fāshāo le, dànshì hǎo jǐ tiān méiyǒu dàbiàn le, dàifu gěi wǒ jiǎnchá yǐhòu shuō wǒ dàbiàn gānzào.

The medicine the doctor prescribed for me was really good. I stopped having a fever soon after taking it, but I didn’t have a bowel movement for several days. The doctor checked me and said that my stool was dry.

大夫说我吃点儿中药吧。

Dàifu shuō wǒ chī diǎnr zhōngyào ba.

The doctor said I should take some Chinese medicine.

大夫给我开的中药也很好，吃了以后，第二天就有了要大便的感觉，连忙去厕所，没想到又拉起肚子来。

Dàifu gěi wǒ kāi de zhōngyào yě hěn hǎo, chī le yǐhòu, dì èr tiān jiù yǒu le yào dàbiàn de gǎnjué, liánmáng qù cèsuǒ, méi xiǎngdào yòu lā qǐ dùzi lái.

The Chinese medicine the doctor prescribed for me was also very good. After taking it, I felt like I needed to have a bowel movement the next day. I quickly went to the toilet, but unexpectedly I had diarrhea again.

我去医院看病，大夫说我把肚子吃坏了，然后给我开一点儿治肚子药。

Wǒ qù yīyuàn kànbìng, dàifu shuō wǒ bǎ dùzi chī huài le, ránhòu gěi wǒ kāi yì diǎnr zhì dùzi yào.

I went to the hospital to see a doctor. The doctor said that I had eaten a bad stomach, and then prescribed some medicine to treat my stomach.

一天，有一位当医生的朋友来看我。

Yì tiān, yǒu yí wèi dāng yīshēng de péngyǒu lái kàn wǒ.

One day, a friend who was a doctor came to see me.

她说：“你的脸色怎么这么难看，我给你开点儿药吃吧。”

Tā shuō: “Nǐ de liǎnsè zěnme zhème nánkàn, wǒ gěi nǐ kāi diǎnr yào chī ba.”

She said: "Why do you look so pale? I'll prescribe some medicine for you."

我对她说：“不用了，我这么难看的脸色都是吃药吃的。”

Wǒ duì tā shuō: “bú yòng le, wǒ zhème nánkàn de liǎnsè dōu shì chī yào chī de.”

I said to her: "No need, my pale complexion is all from taking medicine."

我把这些天看病的经过跟她说了说，她听了以后大笑起来，对我说，你不能再吃药了，不过，应该去运动运动。

Wǒ bǎ zhèxiē tiān kànbìng de jīngguò gēn tā shuō le shuō, tā tīng le yǐhòu dà xiào qǐlái, duì wǒ shuō, nǐ bù néng zài chī yào le, bú guò, yīnggāi qù yùndòng yùndong.

I told her about my experience of seeing a doctor these days, and she laughed loudly and told me that you can no longer take medicine, but you should exercise.

冬天太冷，到外边容易感冒，到游泳馆去游泳吧。

Dōngtiān tài lěng, dào wàibiān róngyì gǎnmào, dào yóuyǒng guǎn qù yóuyǒng ba.

It's too cold in winter and it's easy to catch a cold when you go outside. Go swimming in a swimming pool.

我一听她的话，头又立刻疼了起来。

Wǒ yì tīng tā de huà, tóu yòu lìkè téng le qǐlái.

As soon as I heard her words, my head immediately started to hurt again.

我有点儿饿了，想吃点儿什么，你呢？

Wǒ yǒudiǎnr è le, xiǎng chī diǎnr shénme, nǐ ne?

I'm a little hungry and want to eat something. What about you?

我又饿又渴，我们去饭馆吃饭吧。
