I had a cold, headache, fever, sore throat, didn't want to eat, and had a bad cough at night.

In the morning, all my classmates went to class. I was alone in the dormitory, feeling very lonely and homesick.

The doctor checked me and said I had a cold, then gave me an injection and prescribed some medicine.

她说，没关系，吃了药，病就好了。

Tā shuō, méiguānxi, chī le yào, bìng jiù hǎo le.

She said, it doesn't matter. After taking the medicine, the disease will be cured.

老师和同学们知道我生病了，都来宿舍看我。

Lǎoshī hé tóngxuémen zhīdào wǒ shēngbìng le, dōu lái sùshè kàn wǒ.

My teachers and classmates knew that I was sick and they all came to the dormitory to see me.

她听说我不想吃东西，就给我做了一碗牛肉面。

Tā tīng shuō wǒ bùxiǎng chī dōngxi, jiù gěi wǒ zuò le yì wǎn niúròu miàn.

She heard that I didn't want to eat, so she made me a bowl of beef noodles.

吃了牛肉面，我身上出了很多汗，她说，出了汗可能就不发烧了。

Chī le niúròu miàn, wǒ shēn shàng chū le hěn duō hàn, tā shuō, chū le hàn kěnéng jiù bù fāshāo le.

After eating beef noodles, I sweated a lot. She said that if I sweat, I might not have a fever.

下午，我不发烧了，心情也好了。我上网给姐姐发了一个邮件。

Xiàwǔ, wǒ bù fāshāo le, xīnqíng yě hǎo le. Wǒ shàngwǎng gěi jiějie fā le yí ge yóujiàn.

In the afternoon, I no longer had a fever and my mood improved. I went online and sent an email to my sister.

我说，我在中国生活得很好，老师对我很好，还有很多朋友，跟他们在一起，我感到很愉快。

I said that I live very well in China. My teachers treat me very well and I have many friends. I feel very happy with them.
