Usage

• A preposition introducing a rule, plan, requirement or custom as the standard to act in line with.

Examples

   按照规定，考试时不能使用手机。

   Ànzhào guīdìng, kǎoshì shí bù néng shǐyòng shǒujī.

   According to the rules, mobile phones may not be used during the exam.

   我们还是按照原来的计划进行吧。

   Wǒmen háishi ànzhào yuánlái de jìhuà jìnxíng ba.
