•Using 遭到 for something positive (*遭到表扬 is wrong — use 受到表扬 or 得到表扬).
•Following 受到 with a monosyllabic concrete verb (*受到打 is wrong — use 被打 in speech or 受到殴打 in formal writing).
•Confusing 得到 (positive only) with 受到 (both positive and negative: 受到批评 is valid, *得到批评 is wrong).
