Pattern

The construction A 跟/和 B 一样 (+ Adjective) indicates that A and B are equal or identical.
Two standard patterns: \ (1) Basic identification: A 跟/和 B 一样 (A is the same as B): 我的手机跟你的一样 (My phone is the same as yours).
\ (2) Equal degree on a specific attribute: A 跟/和 B 一样 + Adjective (A is as ... as B): 他跟我一样高 (He is as tall as me).
