防卫

刑法总则明确规定，公民为了保护国家、公共利益或他人人身安全免受正在进行的不法侵害而采取的正当防卫，依法不负刑事责任。

xíng fǎ zǒng zé míng què guī dìng, gōng mín wèi le bǎo hù guó jiā, gōng gòng lì yì huò tā rén rén shēn ān quán miǎn shòu zhèng zài jìn xíng de bù fǎ qīn hài ér cǎi qǔ de zhèng dàng fáng wèi, yī fǎ bù fù xíng shì zé rèn.

The General Principles of the Criminal Law clearly stipulate that citizens shall not bear criminal liability in accordance with the law if they take legitimate defense in order to protect the country, public interests or the personal safety of others from ongoing illegal infringements.
