滥用职权

现代刑法学基本原则明确规定罪刑法定与法律面前人人平等，严禁任何法外施刑或超越司法权限滥用职权，切实捍卫人权与法纪尊严。

xiàn dài xíng fǎ xué jī běn yuán zé míng què guī dìng zuì xíng fǎ dìng yǔ fǎ lǜ miàn qián rén rén píng děng, yán jìn rèn hé fǎ wài shī xíng huò chāo yuè sī fǎ quán xiàn làn yòng zhí quán, qiè shí hàn wèi rén quán yǔ fǎ jì zūn yán.

It is strictly forbidden to impose any extrajudicial punishment or abuse of power beyond judicial authority, and to effectively safeguard human rights and the dignity of the law.

公职人员手中的权力是党和人民赋予的公共权力，必须依法合规行使职权，决不允许滥用职权越权妄为。

gōng zhí rén yuán shǒu zhōng de quán lì shì dǎng hé rén mín fù yǔ de gōng gòng quán lì, bì xū yī fǎ hé guī xíng shǐ zhí quán, jué bù yǔn xǔ làn yòng zhí quán yuè quán wàng wéi.

The power in the hands of public officials is the public power granted by the party and the people. They must exercise their powers in accordance with the law and regulations, and they are never allowed to abuse their powers and act beyond their authority.
